Do you get uncomfortable when your smartphone is out of reach? Can’t have a meeting anymore without the urge to check whatever is on your mobile? We’ll explain in this workshop why being ‘always online’ can be very counterproductive and cause a lot of stress. Thanks to the scientifically based insights, you’ll be motivated to change your habits. But in addition, we’ll give you an approach to take control of your digital life and some tips you can use right away.
