After her Communication studies, Florence started her career at The Reference in the early Internet days, some 20 years ago. She was involved in many innovative projects as Account Manager and Project Manager. As an Account Director at ONE Agency, she managed the interests of clients in various domains with a focus on e-business and e-marketing. She joined DearMedia (now Duval Union Consulting) in 2010 as consultant specialised in customer centric concept development. As a graduated Mindfulness Trainer, she trains people in mindfully managing work pressure, stress at work and burn out prevention. Thanks to 2 decades of work and day-to-day experience with online, digital and new technologies, she is well placed to give extra insights in the mindful use of technology and social media (digital detox).
