Ilse acquired experience in the agency world as a strategic planner at Duval Guillaume Modem and Havas Worldwide Brussels where she worked on several A brands. In March 2013 she joined Jo Caudron and Dado Van Peteghem at Duval Union Consulting (formerly known as DearMedia) as a consultant. In that role she specialized in developing Digital and Social Media Strategies, and assisted in many A brands’ Digital Transformation projects. As part of her job she took responsibility over many of the in-company trainings organized by Duval Union Consulting. Training and knowledge transfer is her passion. Since January 2016 she manages the full curriculum of Duval Union Academy.
